I am starting my blog today!
I finally had a great idea for a blog. Well, maybe not great, but an idea that, when I thought of it, zipped through me, energizing me with a wild energy.
The idea is: a blog of my drawings. I have always been a person who loved to draw. But what can you do with drawings? I pooh-poohed my work, but I think the drawings will be a fun thing for a blog.
I am at work, and am going to scan a drawing I just did right now.

Thanks. I think of the objects as free-form objects of happiness, enjoyment and obsession. The thing in the lower right-hand corner would be a remote control car, and the objects the clown-man are handling are pieces of paper that are making him excited: tickets, maybe.
I think the bear is kind of an imaginary friend. He lives in his own sense of perspective.
That's a great drawing, Andrew. Simple, "authentic" and weird in a casual way. You know rich kids go to art school for four years to learn how to do that...
